About the event
Join us for our farm dinner with chef Ryan McDonald (Farm Spirit, Homie Hospitality) and our wonderful in-house team! Enjoy 5 courses of hyper-local and seasonal fare, all cooked in our outdoor kitchen over live fire. (Menu below).
Arrive at the farm between 5:00 - 5:30 to check in, grab your welcome bite and enjoy cocktails while you explore the farm, watch the sunset over our pond and meet our animals. When you hear the dinner bell, seating begins at 6pm with dinner service beginning at 6:30pm.

If you prefer to bring your own wine, we ask that you limit to one bottle per couple and pay a $15 corking fee.
For your convenience, gratuity has been included in the ticket price.

Salad of grilled brassicas.

carrot & farro miso dressing.
Course 2:
Missouri shrimp dumplings.

Course 3:
Grilled asparagus. Celtuce.
Black garlic. Soft boiled egg.
Umami crisp.
Course 4:
Smoked pork belly. Grilled loin.
Missouri rice. marinated vegetables.

Olive oil cake. Strawberries. Rhubarb.
