Farm Dinner - French as Shit! Part Deux

Join us for our farm dinner with chef Ryan McDonald (Homie Hospitality, Farm Spirit) and our incredible in-house team! 

MENU

Leek confit. warmed vinaigrette. beurre monte

Winter squash consomme. Embered squash. Toasted pepita. chive oil.

Coq au vin. 

Slow cooked beef ribs. bordelaise. pomme puree. mire poix. 

sourdough pain perdu. carmelized pears. frozen foie gras. vanilla custard. 

Arrive at the farm at 5:00 to enjoy cocktails while you explore the farm, watching the sunset over our pond and meet our animals. Seating begins at 6pm with dinner service beginning at 6:30pm.

If you prefer to bring your own wine, we ask that you limit to one bottle per couple and pay a $15 corking fee. 

For your convenience, gratuity has been included in the ticket price.

If you are planning on attending with a group but are purchasing separately, please email us so that we may seat your group together.
